山寨貨出現？三明治團購名店洪瑞珍今年7月由家族成員開設「洪瑞珍三明治手作坊」新莊店，想不到卻遭一名網友在臉書專頁上砲轟「外觀差太多了，吃起來口感也差很多！哪裡學的？」甚至嗆「仿冒品還敢明目張膽！」店家負責人不甘遭抹黑，氣得上警局提告。
據了解，「洪瑞珍三明治手作坊」新莊店今年7月才新開幕，想不到才營業2天就遇到一名33歲倪姓男子在店家臉書粉絲專頁留言稱「這一間是仿冒洪瑞珍的！」並稱自己認識洪瑞珍家族的人，洪家的三明治口味根本就不是這樣，連包裝也不同。
洪瑞珍三明治手作坊蔡姓負責人發現留言後，不滿新店剛開就遭抹黑，氣的上警局提告妨害名譽。他澄清，洪瑞珍三明治沒有開放加盟，所有的店家都是洪姓家族成員開設，並非連鎖店，口味也由各家自己經營，所以包裝與口感可能略有差異。
倪男則向警方供稱，他自己因為與洪瑞珍家族的人認識，又常常購買他們的產品，才會認為這間店是仿冒品，上網PO文，他得知挨告後已經刪除留言，但店家已經將留言截圖，決定以法律程序討回公道。

隨著例行賽的結束，邁阿密馬林魚本季的旅程也到此畫上句點，而今年創下諸多紀錄的強打Giancarlo Stanton(史坦頓)在受訪時表示，若是球隊要重建，那他就不想在待在這了。
「我不想要重建，我已經輸了7年了。」Stanton本賽季轟出59發全壘打，雖然未能加入「60轟俱樂部」，但是也已經是自2006年Ryan Howard(58轟)以來，單季所能敲出最多全壘打的選手了。
由於馬林魚本季換老闆，大幅削減工資是新團隊正在著手進行的事，因此Stanton在2014年所簽下的13年3億2500萬美元的大約，就是球隊急於想要擺脫的燙手山芋。
Stanton的合約將走到2027，而2028球隊將會有一個選擇權，有鑑於他今年打出了MVP級的表現，不少球隊都對他頗有興趣，因此昨天的比賽很有可能就是我們看到Stanton最後一次披上馬林魚球衣。
